All LED Video Wall rentals are subject to TINNOX’s standard rental terms and conditions. Rental agreements include delivery, setup, and teardown services provided by our certified technicians. Additional fees may apply based on event location, duration, and specific requirements.

For private corporate events, LED Video Walls can be tailored to feature custom content such as staff recognition, New Year resolutions, and other thematic presentations. Content creation services are available at an additional cost. Please contact your TINNOX representative for more details.

Real-time content updates and remote monitoring during the event require a stable internet connection. TINNOX is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party network providers. We recommend testing network stability prior to the event.

Pricing for LED Video Wall rentals is based on the configuration, event duration, and location. GST is included in all listed prices unless otherwise specified. Pricing may vary based on peak seasons or high-demand events.

Safety and compliance are paramount. All rental installations comply with local safety regulations and are performed by certified professionals. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue meets all necessary requirements for installation, including structural support and electrical capacity.

TINNOX offers comprehensive support throughout the event, including on-site technical assistance. Maintenance during the rental period is included, but any damages caused by misuse may incur additional charges.

All rental services are subject to availability and may be limited during peak times. Early booking is recommended to secure your desired equipment and dates.

Trade-in or buyback options are not applicable for rental equipment. However, clients interested in purchasing LED Video Walls post-event may receive a discount towards the purchase of new equipment based on rental usage.
